Great news!! A proposal submitted to NSF with collaborators at OSU, UNL, and LSU has been selected for funding. The title of the project is “Collaborative Research: RII Track-2 FEC: Rural Confluence: Communities and Academic Partners Uniting to Drive Discovery and Build Capacity for Climate Resilience”, and the lab will be working on developing a deeper understanding of what rural resiliance looks like under climate change via targeted climatic analysis for rural communities across the three states.
